Oh, I love Snapseed, their grain filter effects are just something else! I just wish they had a batch editing option, but I love how you can cope the previous settings onto the new picture. My personal favorite among desktop photo editors is Photoworks and they have a great article on image color transer here as well, I wish more mobile editors would allow that. Lightroom mobile is also great for exactly that AND the fact that you can save your own presets.

Great list, nice to see Snapseed on top of it, definitely the best mobile photo editor! PicsArt is fine, too, but after one of their updates so many cool features became paid making it almost useless.
